Following two highly successful years supporting the International growth of the Safety Differently and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) movements, White-Beech Limited has relaunched as a provider of our consulting, training and development services directly to organisations considering or actively engaged in adopting modern safety philosophies.

Striking out as a direct provider, we plan on continuing our international work supporting organisations and teams in embedding modern safety practices into their existing operational structures through the application of leading international evidence-based practice.

As a postgraduate of Griffith University’s world leading Safety Science Innovation Lab, Teaching Fellow of Safety Leadership and Management at Victoria University of Wellington, and an accomplished award winning Civil Engineer and Safety Manager, Andy White offers a refreshingly pragmatic and globally informed perspective on safety practice, complex socio-technical systems of work, and the ability to engage at all levels of operations across a diverse range of industries, environments and cultures.

Being sole proprietor, ensures Andy can personally guarantee the quality of his services, and, given his ongoing academic commitments, is able to provide a level of integrity that is relatively unique within the profession.
